Stress Ball FAQ

How do I handle air bubbles in my stress ball?

Air bubbles in handmade stress balls are normal, especially in bead-filled varieties. The filling naturally shifts during shipping and use, which can create air pockets. If you prefer a firmer texture, carefully remove the air using a syringe or needle.

How do I repair a broken stress ball?

Stress ball skins may wear with regular use. If your ball develops tears or breaks, you can refill it with a replacement skin available in our store.

How long do stress balls last and how should I store them?

Stress ball lifespan varies based on usage frequency and handling habits. To maximize durability: - Avoid contact with sharp objects - Squeeze with fingertips rather than nails - Store in a sealed bag when not in use - Keep away from direct sunlight and excessive heat

Can the wax coating be reused on wax cracking stress balls?

The wax coating is designed for single use. It provides a unique breaking sensation, and once cracked, reveals the soft stress ball core inside. Safety note: Breaking the wax creates small fragments. Adult supervision is recommended for children.

What is the difference between closure types?

Our stress balls use two closure methods: zip ties and glue seal. Both are equally functional; the difference is primarily aesthetic. We ship randomly between the two types. All replacement skins include zip tie closures.

Will my stress ball change firmness over time?

Yes, firmness can change with use and storage.
Clay balls may soften with frequent use or harden if stored improperly. Store in a sealed bag to prevent hardening. If the filling settles and becomes firm, squeeze thoroughly to redistribute.
Gel balls usually maintain consistent firmness.

How do I choose a stress ball if I don't know my texture preference?

Our Mystery Box is designed for texture exploration. Each box contains 4 stress balls with different fillings and firmness levels, allowing you to discover your preferred texture.
