ODP is divided into two stages:
Order processing time: Each squishy is lovingly handmade, from demolding to hand-painting, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship. Processing typically takes around 3 business days. During busy times, it might take a little longer—thanks for your patience!
Shipping time: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays, please note that public holidays and shopping seasons may affect delivery schedules.
