Order Cancellation & Refunds
- Within 24 hours: Free cancellation with a full refund.
- After shipment: Cancellation is not possible, but you can apply for a return after receiving the order (shipping fees may apply).
Return reasons & handling:
- Seller responsibility (e.g., damaged item, wrong product, missing item): We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or full refund. If a return is necessary, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Buyer’s choice (e.g., change of mind, dislike): Returns are accepted, but the buyer covers return shipping.
Please notice, returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

- Original packaging must be intact to ensure a smooth return process.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, discount coupons, and redeemed gifts are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refund Method & Processing Time
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
